need to find some cheap riding lawn mower rims

I know this is a little off topic, But it is parts, involves a little tech and will be a really sweet build as well. My son is turning 3 in 2 weeks and i want to build a monster wagon for him. I have seen the atw wagons, but they arent what im going for. Im gonna build a custom lift, spray it with my left over blazer paint put new wood on it and figure out some new decals for it.

I found some lawn mower tires at walmart for $20 a piece that are 15x6.00x6. I need to source up some CHEAP rims for these tires. I figured i just need the plain jane steelies and paint them up white.

Also need some suggestions for the new decals I dont want the radio flyer ones anymore. I was thinking something like "wagon crusher" or ?

front steer wheels on riders are mostly in the 6" rim range and are full spindle style like you need not key way drive like the rears.
