need tune-up specs on 454

Can anyone provide the following:

timing specs (how many degrees off of TDC)?
spark plug gap?
points gap (HEI distributor)?

Thanks. This engine is not standard Blazer, and I cannot locate these simple numbers.

We don't know the year. It is a 76 frame, 84 body, and a 454 with 7,000+ miles on it. We did not install the engine, the po did.

35* Total Advance (BTDC)
.035 plug gap(points distributor)
.045 plug gap(HEI distributor)
There are no points in an HEI!!!

This shows me what I don't know. Am I in trouble, or what?

The marker on the face of the block (after I cleaned it) goes from -4* to +16*. Looks like I have an ~'88 block (?).

There should be a number on the back of the block (towards the bellhousing). If you can give us that number, we can find out what year(s) that motor is from.
