well on my project k5 i got a set of stock 56" springs that turned out not to be that good the one main leaf was cracked.

well now im thinking of doin lifted springs. im also gonna get the b-52 kit for the front so im thinking of running 56's on all four corners.

But I cant find 2inch lifted 56's only in 4". So im just gonna buy the 4" ones and remove leaves cause I dont need all 8 inches of lift lookin for around 2", little more or less stacked on what ill get with the swap and flip, so I get my desired ride height im just worried im just gonna ruin a new set of leaves on the first ride.

and on another note I plan on using pro-comp springs from topgun customs a pair for 272. any input would be great

You can get brand new 56 spring og from pto sales for about 150 a piece. you will get 4 inces of lift in front and a 2.5 shakle flip ORD makes it, in the rear with a 6 inch shakle will give you 4 inches of lift.

well im not goin for the lifted springs anymore I just went with a friend of mine to pick up a cab an box for a 72 chevy and the guy had a main leaf for a 56" so now I just got to wait for my shackles to come in then I can start working on the front.
