Needing pics and/or measurements to install STC softtop on first gen blazer

Help.

I picked up a used STC top for my '72 but have no clue where to drill the holes in the header, tailgate, or bedrails. I did a search for instructions, but the company is out of bidness!

It's the Fasttrac top.

Help.
