I'm not into the new trucks. They're crap in my opinion and way out of my budget but I just watched a video claiming GM released info they are going to an 8.3L Duramax in '27? @ZooMad75 what's the official GM gossip?

It was for the 3/4 and up HD. Working theory on the tundra forum is they can drop boost and cylinder pressure down to help with emissions and have the emission system components last longer.
