I started to bleed the new lines today. I ordered -3 fittings for the truck side, but both on the front are leaking. They seem to fit right, but I can't get them any tighter. Anyone have a clue?

:dunno:Teflon tape.

No no no no no. :shame: Teflon tape on the bleeder screws to keep them from dribbling *during bleeding* ... maybe. But on brake fittings, no. They're supposed to compression fit, surface to surface ... the threads are just to push the surfaces together. Fiddling with the threads will just make it leak easier, never mind go POP when 1200psi of brake fluid goes through it

Unless the AN fittings or whatever we're talking about are different? :ears:

if your talking about banjo bolts they should have a copper washer in between the brass brake house fitting and the caliper or the rearend housing.
