I believe the bumper is 73" long total, i cut the piece at 80" found center, went 15" from either side of center and made a line, I V notched the sides of the bumper and heated it up with a torch, I had some 1/4"x6" flat plate that i was using for the top, So I bent the bumper down until it matched up.
I do have a rear bumper i built out of the same material, it is flat though, no bends.
Light swap is really easy, Flat head screwdriver and just bend the rubber flap back, very self explanitory when you got the two next to each other
