new dd * HELP ME UPGRADE

what kind of mpg you getting now?

how about this...you send me your 4 inch lift and ill send you my stock 235's and youll save like 2 mpg..:)

question, my tires say max load 1870 lbs at 20 psi cold, and it says danger filling past 35psi, unless beads are seated, can cause explosion

so is it possibile to air up my tire from the 20psi?

I doubt the tires would blow if you went to 25psi. That little bit will make a small difference.

My tires say max load is x# at 35psi I like to keep my tires between 35 and 40 psi.

P.S. I go wheelin' with my tires at that same pressure. I could air down but I am too lazy.

are the 14.5 wide tires really killing my front end? they are aired at 20psi, which is what it says on the tire, would it be worth trying to get the hold of a nice set of 33x12.5s instead? or run 31x10.5 swampers that i can get pretty cheap, and then when i go wheelin put the 33s on?
All seasons or ATs are probably easier to roll than swampers. We are talking about gas mileage right?

(dont answer that question btw)

for me switching from all seasons to a set of tires of the same size that dont roll that easily according to tests(a/t dueler revos) cost me 1-2mpg. But I bought those ats since they go through water(on road) like its not even there. Since its my daily driver thats what i look for. ON road performance, its not fun to drive in storms when you dont have much confidence in your tires. btw 91 k5 getting 14-15 overall mpg.

optimum mileage will be from some 33 x 12.5 Mall terrains at 32 to 35 psi... your definitely hurting your mileage running around at 20 psi on wider tires..

And boggers will only make it worse...
