We do have 241 kits available in 23, 31 and 32 spline for the main transfer case, chromoly steel US made.
We have them available for just about anything with a figure 8 (yes, 205's!) or round pattern on the front. Driver's or passenger side drop. For the 205's our kit is setup to shift out the front and provisions for that are included.
Our kits DO precisely align the case half with the input, something that no one else does
Introductory price is $495 for the 2" up rotation figure 8 205, all others (GM round pattern, Ford 205, 241/231/D300 etc) will be $565. The $565 kits include a clocking ring for the 241 so that the shifter won't remove any critical bolt holes and so that the 241 never becomes the low point in the system.
The welded on foot is not part of the kit and is up to you to make your own crossmember

So I guess this means I need to start partin those 241's I have 
Yep, dodge cases work fine. Passenger drop cases are worth saving because they're rare and need to be flipped upside down to work (for a passenger drop 205 anyway), but any driver's drop case works fine and you can use any 241.

Pass are rare then im lucky i have three or four. i havent seen a driver in a long time.
