What was the prices/differences?

It seems that at summit it is only $10 more for the Offroad super 40.

PM Mudfrog he might be able to get you a deal on the OR muffler. They are busy so they might be hard to get a hold of.

glad you got it done! looks sweet

i run 3" pipe, no cat and a super 40, and for some reason i dont think its loud enough, but it does sound good. then again maybe it was cause i had been driving the truck around with no exhaust at all.

Where did you cross over.

I used the factory Y, I did not have the funds to do the Y while I was working on it. I will build my own or go with doug thorley's when I go to headers, I am not sure on what brand I am getting.

where did you get your mandrel bent exhaust tubing at?

I bought it at summit, the part # is in post 20.

hah i'll just pick some up at my local advance then. to clear the transfer case, i would need an s bend around the transfer case on the passenger side exhaust pipe right? im running straight pipes from my headers into glasspacks with no tail pipes

with my headers I didn`t (just confirmed earlier today) The pipe just fit in between the shackle and t case support bar....

i mean if i run a straight piece of exhaust tubing back from the header its going to hit the side of the transfer case correct? so im thinking i need an S bend to route around the transfer case

Like I said in my previous post...mine didn`t with my Hedman 69830s...

Maybe start a new post asking your question rather than cluttering this single exhaust thread with dual exhaust questions.

Thanks and have a nice day

Dik

sorry i cluttered up your thread with dual exhaust questions. i figured we were pretty much doing the same thing except i have an added pipe.. but i'll take the hint and stay away. good luck with your K5 and the exhaust turned out nice btw
