Hello All,
Promised pics of the finished (is it ever, really?) interior:
http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=160385

As you can see I still need armrests in charcoal - finally found the OEM straps in charcoal. This was originally baby sh1t brown/tan in color.

Carpet, dash, and insulation kits from LMC. Sound deadener from McMaster Carr.

Here we go with the front stuff :D

Wow that looks really nice. Good job. I could never have an interior like that in a truck I wheel. It would be too much work:D

The last carpet crawled away on it's own.... :eek1::(:p:

That and the fact the color change prompted replacing all at once leaves me with a like new interior. Got it muddy, food, drink spills, etc.... already. Cleans up nice. It will be smelling like the old blaze soon :doah:

I have to admit I did wince a bit when my Bud climbed in and sat on the new leather after parking his arse on a muddy perch while watching the group climb the Tank Trap. I did not say a thing

Sweet what are the seats out of?

2003 Silverado.

Thanks for the compliments from everyone - I will still wheel it :wink1: I drive this thing so much (remote wheeling areas, motorcycle trips, etc...) the new creature comforts just make the pavement drives much better. The sound deadener worked so well I can almost have a cell call now :D The seats are comfy although the leather does not breathe as well as Audi or BMW leather :pimp:

That looks really nice man. I'm looking to replace the carpet in my 89'. What color is that carpet in yours? I can't tell, from the pics, if it's dark gray or black? How do you like the quality of that carpet kit as far as plushness, fit/finish etc..?

Thanks,
Mike

I like that carpet, who did you order it from and how much did it cost? Mine is in desperate need of some, it looks like it could be a home for several small rodents:mad:

The carpet is the non-loop black from LMC. I like it, seems to be holding shape and fitting better now with some time on it.

That looks great! I like the flip seat being available. I am hoping to cage mine within a year or so, and that gives me hope.

Pics with Mtn Bikes and Kid trailer. I was happy that I could still fit the bikes in this way with the seat and cage :wink1:

Are those new door panels or did you cover them with something?

New (from ebay). Factory panels. The junk on the panels is old stuff, scrounged here and there. I have sets of panels in tan AND grey now. Put a complete set of grey on and they looked bad next to the darker seats.
