Yeah maybe a set of 12" springs would do the trick...
then get my d-shaft lengthened and get X-over put on...
 
wider rims ehh? I just got these...15x10's...the tires are 38.5/16-r15 but they measure out to 37" tall and 15" wide...how wide do you think I should have gone?
 
I think you're fine with your rims. My K5 has 15x10 Eagle 589's with 39.5/15/15 TrXus STS's mounted, and although they bulge a whole lot, I see no problems with the width of the rims compared to the tire.
 
Man you truck makes me miss my first K5 it was all clean, white, and purdy like your truck.

Steps suck get sliders with some grip tape looks so much better or like everyone else said grab but and help in:D.

Once the weather gets nicer here I plan to take my rig out and get some poser shots since it's too nice to actually wheel. I'm thinking I should get a shot out in front of the mall on the curb or something :rolleyes:

I would have went 12's personally... wouldn't be quite as sucked in.

haha I don't think so buddy...the one on the right is a freshman in college (as in she doesn't even live around here anymore) and the other...well I'm trying to figure it out we'll say. iono...mixed signals...I guess we are both trying to figure out whats going on :)

chevy305: no dog sh!t...just grass :) I dropped it into 2Low and was messing around...seems to be the only good way for burnouts :) but yeah...I was in the grass and forgot to put it back into 2hi before I started to back up and it just unloaded on the passenger rear tire :)

oh ok...I thought about that but didn't think that is what you were talking about...


chris: uhhh sure...I'm in "2Low" now b/c I don't have my front d-shaft in but you could also do it by not locking your front hubs...will it cause damage by running like that w/o you hubs locked? iono...doubt it but I can't say either way.

more than anything just wish me luck...things seem to be going quite well (more so than w/ Alex if any of you remember that train wreck)...at least w/ her we can chat w/o any problems...being able to talk for hours at a time sure helps. :)

ehhh yeah I could trim...or I could just get 12" lift springs instead of my current 8" springs :) Shoot might even find someone looking to downsize and do a straight trade...I've seen it happen before.
