That's pretty dick if you win the auction and then afterwards they're like "opps, we didn't do that sale right. Sorry you can't have it." But doesn't surprise me either.

I completely agree with you, but CoPart doesn't care nor do they know. My aunt told me once, she's a smart one, that one of two stores in town had really done her wrong and that she wouldn't, normally, shop there; however, she would not inconvenience herself simply to prove to herself that she was right. I stand by what I said before, that's a pretty good deal - and it's still a pretty good deal at $500, don't let your heckles keep you from a profitable deal.
my 2 cents, but I'm totally with you if you simply let them scrap it.
They won't scrap it, if it keeps not meeting reserve then eventually they will let it go for high bid.

So , I have won that auction 2 more times since my original post , for less money each time . But the seller keeps refusing the bid . It's up for auction again this week so I will try again lol.

I'm not really sure, it's a donated vehicle so as long as that charity keeps saying no they will keep relisting it.

the Tahoe looks pre-flipped. hood open - what's its issue?
Carfax says one owner , damage is "mechanical " but it does run so I'm guessing the trans is out .
So we have this charity up here (maybe other places ) called heritage for the blind and they accept donations of used cars usually it's high mileage stuff that the dealer wouldn't give anything good for trade.
I have bought 3 GMT400 suburbans , one with a bad trans , one with blown head gasket , and the last one just had a ton of miles and the front end was loose. All 3 were from this same charity, and all 3 were one owner .
Wonder if you contacted them they'd tell you what the minimum is on that box truck..? Might shorten all of this waste of time of bidding and refusing...
