I personally liked the reg cab, but that crew is cool even though it's 2wd. You don't really see them in decent shape that often up here. Id totally rock one if I had one.

Yes and yes. Long term my goal will be to paint it the colors of the chief's jaws blazer (also the same color as my first truck) and swap to 4x4.

What kind of mileage does it pull?
I got 9.5 bringing my 454/400/4.10's home from Idaho, and 400mpQT. of oil usage as well!
think about putting a Vintage air system in before you commit too much $$$ into the old A/C system.
good luck with it, I'll be watching your build, as its so close to my 76 CC DRW truck it will be like watching my own truck.

It's funny, I don't much care for the doolies! Different strokes I guess. As for mpg, I'm sure it's probably 8 in town and 10 hiway. If that. The drive home was only 35miles so not far enough to establish that.
Needs a full round of maintenance though. It was last registered 9 years ago and then just sat for the most part.
