Alright alright, sorry! I figured since it was my first post, I would get a little razzing for a simple question! I jumped the gun, sorry. Well I knew I my shocks would no longer have any movement, but I didn't know if I could relocate them to a spot where I would retain their function. Then again, with 15" springs I doubt they will provide much function anyways.
This is my third K5 build and I'm getting a little crazy with this one. I built a modest DD/Crawler for the first, another crawler/sand rig for the second, and I'm going mudding with the third. We have a huge mud pit on our farm that we get a few trucks in and its time to build a more appropriate rig. So, I'm jacking this one up on 15" lift and putting a 14 bolt rear SF and Dana 60 front with both geared 4:88 and locked. I've got a good buddy who does driveshafts, brake lines are taken care of, hydraulic steering is almost done, and everything else is in the works.
So Cherry, where would I relocate the shock mounts to??
