New tires for the truck today

I bought one of those tread depth tools a while back to check the military tires I bought for the Jimmy. Figured I'd check my DD/tow vehicle. Had 4/32 tread left Doesn't work so well in the snow..haha

Have an acquaintance that is a manager at a local Big O tires. Giving me a deal on some Michelin LTX A/T 2's. they have really good reviews. Will find out later today

I just picked up a set of the previous LTX`s for my Yukon, can`t wait to get them on. My buddy is running them on his DD/plow/5th wheel hauler, and loves them. He said they work better plowing than the BFG AT`s he was running.

Just got home. They ride really good. Need to try them out on some snow. Supposed to get a little tonight
