Guys -

First post thanks in advance for the help!

I found a outside color of the blazer I wanted - 1977 K5 blue on white. But the interior is a brown. I want it to go blue like the one I had as a kid (well my parents), ideally I would love to find the original color combo, but if not I need to make the interior go from brown/blue to blue/blue.

Which means I need new door panels, new dash, etc.

Anyone help me? This is what I want my interior to look like.

Thanks

Landon

You can use SEM vinyl die to change the color. I have used cheaper brands. Don't use cheaper brands.

That's if your interior is in decent shape.

If not look t LMC, Classic parts, or Cheyenne truck parts for new panels.

Many of which only come in black. So you have to dye them anyway

Well I don't recommend a dash rug, but the rest is good.

Cheapest option is to buy these:

The good thing about vinyl dye is that everything ends up matching better than the factory parts did. The bad part is that it doesn't hold up well on the highest use areas like armrest and door pull. On something like the dash or A-pillar trim, the dye is good to go for many years. So I recommend finding original parts as far as you can and save the dye for the bits and pieces you can't find.

Well the good part is, there's not much trim in most trucks so you can buy in color or dye to match.

Mine was originally black, I'm going tan eventually
