Nice K30 on ebay

Looks like he has turned down $10,500 or it expired. Any offer will have to be more than that. Let us know if you get it. Would be a nice truck to see in person.

Check out the lame offer at $1500...:haha:

Shawn, I noticed you've been eyeing 1 tons on eBay recently. If you're are in the market to purchase one, why not check out my '85 K30 Silverado? Its a true 1 ton and everything is there. I'm putting in a newly rebuilt B&M-equipped-parts 400 tranny now. With a divorce going on right now, I'm game to sell this truck for the right price. And no, the right price to me is nothing near what you see on the eBay ads.

If I owned that truck I would piss you all off. It would be sitting on 39.5's and be getting taken to hell and back. That's what I bought a Chevy truck for, not to look pretty. Screw that.

Too clean for me... a truck was built for a purpose... and its not to be shined up never run and babied for 20 years. Still a nice piece but I can't see it doing anything besides mall crawling, a little towing, and light trails after paying 16k for a 20 year old rig. A brand new silverado can be had for 13k.

I agree with you, but generation 1 and 2 trucks? Are you confusing the K/5 Gen 1 & 2? Gen I of the trucks would be like 1915

I dunno, I have read wheeler rags, which have refered to all 1968-72 Chevy trucks (including K5/Blazer) as Generation 1, and 1973-86 (includes 87-91 R, V series) as Generation 2. Trucks before 1968 where just considered "work horses". It was not until 1968 that trucks became a vehicle to be driven because before 68 trucks did not come with many options like FM Stereo's, Gauges, Tilt Wheel, or Power Steering.

How does this "offers" thing work on ebay motors for sellers? Do you just list your vehicle with a buy it now price but people can still make offers on the vehicle too?

Thanks Wes but I already have a decent K30. Pics coming soon. I just look on ebay when I'm bored. Trying to see what they're going for these days.

Lets see some pics of your K30 and what are you asking for it? Divorce sucks. Been there done that but I kept my K5. If its your nice black K30, you should consider selling on ebay since you'll get more $$$ that way. They're getting much harder to find these days.
