OK, I am not sure if I am following the threads correctly but I am NOT the folks that were stranded for several weeks. Those guys are now in jail for some reason (not sure what).
Northern AZ gets snow most years. Yes, there are 2 sky resorts in AZ. Our property is between Kingman and Flagstaff. Elevation is right under 6000 feet. There was a ton of snow that fell in a very short period of time. Our "camp site" is in a valley so the snow hung around. It was knee deep. Should have taken pics to post but was more worried about keeping warm. We have been up there in similar conditions and the Burb had no problem. There is a steep hill going into and out of the property that with only the rear wheels spinning could not get the Burb up the hill. Wound up having my brother "rescue" us but we still hiked 4 miles out of the valley so that he wouldn't have a chance of getting stuck. As it turned out, there was only about 4-6 inches of snow outside the valley. Who knew?
Anyway, will be checking out the front hubs and d-shaft on Sunday. Hopefully, the problem will be obvious.
Thanks for the tips and info.
