Blew a trailer hub apart if your are close and come help I'm at the pilot. Corner of Hutchins and campstool. In Cheyenne Wyoming

By the looks of it, the bearings failed on one wheel took the brakes with it.

It’s an AL-Ko 10.3” drum 5” x 5

Eric said he should be here around 9ish. Funny thing is my trailer is 5x5. Too bad it’s loaded up ready to head to the scrap yard tomorrow...

Did he make it yet? I have been trying to find somewhere close by to pick up a new drum. The part number he gave me keeps coming up with a 5 on 4.5 and a 5 on 4.75 drum. I found a 3500 lb 10" drum at Northern tool in Omaha and Sioux Falls.

I found 84556UC3 here https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Hubs-and-Drums/Dexter-Axle/84556UC3.html

  • Application: most 3,500-lb axles, including Dexter
  • Drum dimensions: 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide
  • Bolt Pattern: 5 on 5"
  • Includes bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts
    • Bearings:
      • Inner bearing: L68149
      • Outer bearing: L44649
  • Capacity: 1,750 lbs

He strapped that axle up and is limping it along, don't know if he has parts located to fix it yet.
