Had a tire iron stuck in the top of it and looked like he kicked all the windows out? Not sure but he said something like “screw this I'm taking the straps of and wherever it lands is where it stays”. The way the wind was blowing last night I’d say it’s probably somewhere between Douglas and Glendo. I’ll watch the ditches on my way to work Monday morning.

New backplate assembly with shoes, drum/hub, inner and outer bearings, seals, and hardware kit is ready to be picked up by @muddermilitia this afternoon. Should be good to go.

Eric said he checked them all out not too long ago. To me it looked like the hub had been cracked and finally let go. When we cleaned it up to weld it we found a crack that went 3/4 of an inch or so around the hub where the race sits. So I don’t think it was bearing failure but the hub actually failed. I think Eric took pics but I’m not sure?

All is well strapped up the axle and off I went. I'm at @muddermilitia Ryan's house ready to sleep. Tomorrow we fix load and I drive again!!!!!
