"No Oil" howl from 203

Recently rebuilt 203 (well, rebuilt a year ago, has 5-6 miles on it). Driving around sounds like a no oil gear on gear howl, but it's kind of hard to pinpoint it exactly. I think it's in the chaincase. Theres fluid in there, could this be my part time kit breaking in, or do 203's just sound bad usually?

I put a part time kit in my 203 and don't get any strange noises. My part time kit used a replacement shaft but I didn't see anything that would need to "break-in". What are you using for oil?
