It possible that’s a VanCharger, they were made by a company called pathfinder 4x4, I believe they used a Ford front axle with radius arms.
No locking hubs.
Full time with drive slugs maybe?
I wanna say in the late 70s they had a small Hub drive slug axle for a while.
Dodge used a full time axle in the 70-80s with no locking hubs
75-79 dodge was full time. That can looks mid 80s but the 4x4 conversions could have been done using older parts, I’m not sure if they sourced factory parts or…..

A lot of early conversion companies used the Dana 44 with the ford radius arms on vans. Not enough front end to mount springs.
