NON Chevy’s in the Wild

The 4x4 E-350 van was an actual commercial work van - they must have needed 4WD.

The other Geo Tracker or Suzuki ??? ( or whatever it actually is ) is a buddy of mine wife’s new off road ride - she’s tired of getting covered in mud riding in ATV’s and Razors.
So he fixed her complaints by building her this thing - it’s somewhat of a back yard build with a a homemade 4” suspension lift and a 2” body lift.
Now she can keep up on the easy trails all nice and dry with A/C & heat and tunes - she’s happy !

While pump’n some go-go juice today I heard something pull’n up that sounded mean and nasty, I’m talk’n really mean and nasty - it turned out to be this ole Poncho Bird.

I was running late so I did not get the chance to talk with the guy but I did get to hear him talk’n with another guy and it apparently has a Kauffman Racing Engines 505c.i. in it.
I can’t describe just how awesome this thing sounded - I was surprised it was a legitimate street car. He said he was going along the coast and stopping at every car show that he could and just enjoying the drive and meeting folks - seemed a great way to retire!
