NON Chevy’s in the Wild

Went to a car show in Orange Beach, AL today.
Not a fan of everything having those damn huge wheels but that seems to be the majority of what’s out there nowadays….

The Yota 22RE-T had a nice upgrade in size of the turbo.

The huge black S/D had front and rear DANA 80’s so I had to give him extra cool points for quality stuff.

I thought the maroon Dodge having a set of BOGGERS for rubber was a nice touch.

While on I-10 today saw this Jeep Cherokee ( or whatever the truck versions were called [Comanche] ) had S/D axles under it - had to award it some cool points for being a truck that was capable of going off road instead of a street queen.

Sorry for the crappy pic - we was all mov’n on along down the road fairly well at the time.

This is a old local ex-fire truck that is now a public show piece for a very popular bar/grill/dance joint - it’s gotta a Pontiac 400 in it that a buddy of mine installed in the late 80’s while he worked at a Pontiac dealership down the road from the bar.
It’s got no mufflers just straight pipes and they fire it up for special occasions and events - it’s a pretty cool attraction.

Saw a few non-Chevys out this afternoon.
The Packard is a driving show piece for a real damn high-dollar restaurant downtown - can’t really tell from the pictures but it’s in incredible condition!

The Hummer and “other” truck was kind of a neat contrast in vehicle types parked close to each other - made for a cool pic.

The 70 Stang looked great but apparently was having some trouble and had to have some assistance gett’n on down the road.

And for any of y’all that like those fast cars with Italian horses on the badges this one looked great and I don’t have the words to describe what the chick looked like that got outta this thing !
Sorry, no pic of her - I wasn’t fast enough with the camera and didn’t want to look like a dirty old bastard but rest assured this gal made Jennifer Aniston look regular!
She was AWESOME - somebody get me a cigarette….

Those couple years of Mustangs are the only ones I actually like, but to see those guys pushing it puts them right back into perspective!
love the old Packard!

That Packard is so clean I can’t believe that they park it on the street in general auto-population like that from noon till midnight daily.
If ya’ got enough money ( and I mean a hefty bit of coin ) they will transport your party back-n-forth from a parking garage in downtown - with curb side service for your lady to the historic building ,from the early 1800’s, that is the location of the high dollar restaurant.
They are making a kill’n with that Packard !

What restaurant? We hit Pensacola every now and then.

It’s called “The District” directly across the street from Rosie-O-Grady’s ( owned by the same folks ) in historic downtown P-cola close to Seville Square.
There’s a whole bunch of great places to eat in that area but if ya want to be extra fancy hit up The District , Jacksons, Jacques or McQuires ( also many more worthy places in downtown area ) or drive out to the beach on Santa Rosa Island and there’s plenty of good places to eat too. Come on down!

A few spotted this afternoon.

The old Fords and JEEPS were at a rough look’n garage that looked like they were try’n to bring em back to life.

The lifted one looked like it belonged to a kid that was seeking guidance from the shop.

The multi windowed VW is a show piece for a business and the Scout looked like it was just a customers ride.

The MOPAR is as ugly as home made sin to me but I thought I’d post it up if anyone digs these things.
