Norcal_Chris 95 Jeep build (Snowball) TH350 gurus

You could drive the Rubicon! I know owenst7 is going this weekend. There's a small chance I'll ride along....

I will have to look for you guys. Not sure how far in we will go but if your coming from the Tahoe side I'm sure we will meet up eventually.

I don't think they're driving that direction. I think they're starting on the west side and driving east.

I have those d30 shafts if you want em for spares
2 stubs and 1 long or short side (cant remember lol)

The belong on a heep...i mean jeep lol
Jk

All packed up and ready to roll. Heading out 7am tommorow morning. Wish me luck!

Pics to come sunday night

Just got back from the trail. No broken parts, and i didnt get stuck. Would have been home 3hrs ago but some stupid club with 125 rigs was up there and blocking the path out so i had to go the long way and out Loon lake to get home.

Awesome trip.

Saw 2 Blazers up there. Talked to one guy said he is on here but not too often. Didnt see any other fullsizes at all really.

looks like a good time, and kinda cool you got to go in one way and leave through the other trailhead. I'm going up this Sat or Sun and leaving Tues.

Be careful of bears. They were rampant at buck. A few of our group started there and 5 peoples camps got ALL their food in coolers eaten. By the time they got to us they were pretty desperate.

That and they said big sluice has gotten pretty knarly.

thanks for the heads up, might have to try hanging the coolers from a tree, i've heard that's really the only effective method of keeping food safe

Built a roof rack. Its light enough i can leave it on and use it to keep the sun off me. probably only weighs 30-40lbs.

I really like that rack. You almost make me want to get a Jeep. Then I'm like "Naaaahhhhh."
