Not a Fitech-Now a Sniper 2 and boat anchor

So I just found out the hard way that my inner axles aren’t stock. Apparently 35 spline because they are much larger than the Spartan locker I was about to install. The outers are still 30.

What kind of carrier is this?

Behind the gears are these stacks of something. The little clip my pick is hooked on wiggles around a little.

Is that a d60. If so the axles are stock 35 on the inner side I think.

Yup supposedly a CUCV 60. Got it with a 14 bolt that has a detroit. Both geared at 4.56.

My mind is blown, I would have put money on Chevy Dana 60s being 30/30 spline.

Electric fuel pump, cool!

But you should try to quit taking pictures like I do. The blur!! :D

Are you driving the k5 out to moab or towing?
Towing. Snagged an F250 in January and I am now foster parenting a car hauler for a friend who doesn’t have room to store it.

Had the truck running. Fuel is leaking at the filter =( Looks like the fitting got damaged. New one tomorrow hopefully.

Road trip with the camper this weekend, took my buddy Jay and his new Tremor Ranger out for a spin on Talladega NF's 600-1 road.

On the way back, tons and tons of smoke into the cab. I think my seal is shot between the trans tunnel cover and the floor.
The second part of that is that the smoke appears to be blowing out of the valve cover breather/filter thing.

I have been running one of these:

Since that seemed to be the culprit I grabbed a new one and replaced on it and put in a new grommet too.

Still smoking like hell at high rpm / high load.

I'm thinking maybe the PCV is stuck?
If not that is this likely a case of the rings being shot?

What's the best way to troubleshoot, compression test and look for a down cylinder if the PCV isn't stuck?
