Ok this is really bad and I should know this or be able to figure it out but I've been having a major brain fart on this one....

I've got the new 60 sitting here but I still haven't got the spindles. My question is can I assemble it enough without them to be able to just put the hubs on so I can get some wheels on it and get it under the truck. or do I have to wait for the spindles.

Umm...the hubs are what the spindles go on. Those hubs ride on the spindle, basically you can assembe the 60's knuckles and slide in the axles shafts. Thats pretty much all you can do until you get the spindles.

I might be ready for that, the only thing I will need is my front 60 geared and locked, and a front driveshaft.

he's going to be running 5.13's.
I know for my self it's going to be last minute wrenching to get the sub ready for the fest. we'll be there thursaday to sunday like last year.

What do you have to do still? You want to drop in that 60 before then right? Maybe a little crossover action?

well install that 60 with crossover and a lockrite
regear the 14ff to 4.56's and re-install the mini spool.
clock the transfer case flat, build new crossmember and new front drive shaft.
Install ford shock towers with 12.5 travel shocks.
do some tweaking to the rear springs.
mount the 38's
and a few misc stuff
