I found a guy selling a 67-70 fleetside (not sure of the year I know that it is older than my k5 because it has the older grill) It has rear leaf springs and a wooden bed. Most of the pick-ups I see are coil springs with a metal bed. The guy wants $1000.00. Its not in the worst shape, in fact for its age I would say its in O.K./good condition. What do you think?

chevy was most of the time coils and gmc was most of the time leafs. and wood or steel was a 50/50

bigeast thing i have seen is how is the top of the cab at the gasket line for the windshield.

GMC also went to 5 lug wheels for 2wd, before Chevy did.

I guess I will just see if he comes down in price. It nice but not worth $1000.

Dad's 67 GMC 2 wheel drive was a custom and had rear leafs and the wood bed. 3 on the tree and a straight 6 Also had overdrive which was activated by pulling a handle down below the ignition switch. Also pull type lever for the e brake.
