Im not sure what to do next to my stepside, i just did the diy4x shackle flip, 6in shackles, new springs and bushings, ruff stuff disk brake kit for my 14bolt, new rotors , pads , calipers and hoses and detroit locker. Had a new rear shaft made, installed a 465/205, redid my 60..axle joints, kingpins, seals , bearings, rotors, calipers, pads, all new u joints in my shafts, new superlift 8in front springs , bushings and welded the spiders. I did the steering pump mod, put the steering box caps on and did hydro assist, with new hoses, ram, mounts etc, i also have all new skyjacker shocks. The motor was done two years ago from top to bottom 350 .040 over...about 425-450 hp, very stout. I bought crossover parts used but new from the classifieds, so thats done also, Installed a new truck avenger and a nice heavy warn winch bumper with lots of extra support. New headers, 3inch exhaust with flowmasters....ive done alot in the past year.....i ordered solid diff covers for the front and rear they will be in shortly, also put newer 39.5/15/15s on new eaton 15x10s.............whats next..? any ideas, maybe a winch and dual batteries, rock sliders with steps ..? any other ideas...? heres what it looks like, i know many seen it alot here before...(pic was before i did hydro assist and painted the hood.)

Add a winch, then as above. Drive it, break it, then upgrade the broken stuff!:D

BTW...Sweet looking truck!!

The next step is go wheelin at rausch creek, after that youll have plenty of stuff to fix or upgrade. I'm always thinking that I'm done upgrading my blazer, then i go to rausch and break everything.:doah:

I have a few friends with jeeps that i go wheelin with here, ill have to see if they wana go to rausch sometime. Although its been to mudbogs and wheelin 5or 6 times since i did it all and so far so good. I wondered how much stress the front shaft and the 60 axles can take...?

It might be easier if i did this, since i did jam it all togeather....

I was just looking into, buying 35 spline outers and new warn lock outs. I thought about waiting till i break mine or just buying them and changing em. im not sure tho..

skip the crap warn hubs and find some spicers and send out the gears and have them broched to 35 spline. thay will be stronger than warn 35 splines.

i think i have 30 spline spicers now on my 60(origional with the yellow knob)or am i wrong..? ...how are they..?.........and if i wanted to have em broched to 35 who does that...?

mine dont look like that....i have a regular cap on the outside and a black knob with a philips head screw in the middle, ill leave it go i guess until i break something...lol.....and wow thanks you know your stuff.......

you got factory warn hubs.

and yes i would rec twin stick i havent run mine yet but like the options already.

and ditch the slip good. pm me on this i got parts will make a deal with the rims.

and winch the bigger the better. good rule of thumb 1.5 times the weight of your rig is a good winch to start with.
