NP 203 Questions

I picked up a 400/203 this week and got to screwing with it, I think it has a part time kit in it. Camera is dead so I will have to wait to post a pic but the shifter is connected to two shift linkages and I think I can find 2hi, neu, 4 hi and a 4 low, anyone have a pic of theres with a kit in it? Thanks

The part time kit is inside the output shaft housing, spider gears are replaced with blocks to eliminate the "differential". The 203 has one shifter, two shift arms.

Can't help with the part time id but I do know that the shifters are crap. Atleast it was on the 203s I ran. If I were you, I'd go ahead and twin stick the 203 so that you know what gear your in. My shifter was real touchy, never could find low just low lock, high, n, high lock.

So true...I want that ord twin stick sooooo bad....anyone know where I can pick one up cheap?
