Studs/bolts are included. This allows the tcase to be clocked up 18 or 36(flat) degrees and will retain the input bearing as the stock adapter is designed to. All 8 bolt holes remain unlike some other clocking plates out there. An alignment ring is indeed included.

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't. Someone on the board here purchased on a couple months back for the exact purpose, maybe they will chime in.
