I've been told there is a seal that exists that would allow you to run a front flange from a 241 on the front or back of a 205.

Anyone have a part number or application the seal came on? I've tried searching both here and pirate and haven't had any luck.

Yes there is a seal available and it's easiest to just measure both the OD of the flange and the ID of the seal housing then you also need to know the width. Also the flange will only work on the front if you have a 32 spline front output. All 205's are 32 spline rear output so you're good there.

I can get you the part number tomorrow, I have it in the office.

It also needs to be a flange from a passenger drop 241.

Thanks fellas. Just out of curiosity, why does it have to be from a passenger drop?

Chris, do you know what brand that part number is for? I had the local O'Reilly's order in a National brand seal and it wasn't even close.

They also tried finding one by measuring and they couldn't find one that fit both.

Any other ideas?

I asked Jess at High Angle Driveline about this. He gave me Nation 473457. I'll get it ordered tomorrow and see if it's right.
