Curious to hear some input on what all is required to modify when swapping from the 203 to 205 ? I have a np205 10 spline case and want to bolt to the th350 . I have th 27-10 spline adapter but aren’t sure if I need anything else

Shifters, youll find it very difficult to get the stock shifter, it's not offered in the aftermarket, so you'll have to convert to twin stick. Cross member may need to shift forward as well. Drive shafts. You will also need the th350-np205 adapter plate

Thank you!

Used would be the cheapest also depend on the pattern there is figure 8 and round.

If you become a contributing ie. Donating member you'll have access to parts bin. Where we sell/buy used parts of available.

Google will help you on your parts quests. But in the meantime.

0riginal 10 spline will be figure 8. There was like 2 for sale on this site a few months ago. I forget who was offering.

I remember who had them but he won't have access to that info.
You may also need the toque bar as well, that goes from the passenger side the 205 to the bellhousing

Ok , I may have found something local . Just curious would the 205 to sm465 adapter work? With changing the sleve to the 10-27

Most early sm465 were 10 spline out put. The th350 is 27. Sm465 to np205 adapter will not work on th350

His first post says he has the adapter.

I took that to mean he had the conversion sleeve. As the adapter doesn't care what splines you have. I could be wrong, won't be the first ti,e and never seems to be a last.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about, the power coupler. You referenced the spline count.
