I have a 1977 Blazer with a np203 in it. It has been converted with locking hubs and I presume something in the tcase because there was some old worn off instructions pasted to the dash about lubrication. I have since split the shifter to make it a twin stick set up. For regular street driving which chart should I use? Im guessing that the left lever is forward and the right lever could be in either forward or back?

If you have a part time kit installed then you would be using the "part time 203" chart. The left lever will be forward for 2wd or back for 4wd and the right lever will be back for normal driving and forward for low range offroad wheeling.

Don't be afraid to ask "stupid questions" here. That was not a stupid question. CK5 has the most knowlegable people on the internet about K5s and more. This IS where to ask those types of questions. You will get the right anwser here. Good luck, and I'm sure you found out what you were looking for.

The only "stupid question" is the one not asked. :deal:

What might seem stupid to one person might not to another.

Thanks guys for having a place that is so open to the less enlightened. :waytogo: Appreciated

On the same subject...

Ive read that to insure proper lubrication of the Tcase that It should have the hubs locked and driven 15 miles out of every 200 or something like that. Is that done in 2 wheel high?

I would just take it offroad ocassionally and drop it into 4wd and run it for 10 minutes or so every once in a while.
