Looking for a good used 32 spline 208 Case here in Arizona... I guess they came mated to a 465 or T400.

What'cha got? /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

Kennyw sent me your way. I have a 208 sittin in my garage from a 465.... $20 + shipping. Nit sure of the condition, but it spins nicely.

Hey Mike,

Thanks for responding....... but I checked w/ ups.com, and looks like UPS Ground would be like $70.10 to ship.... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Blazt!... That case is exactly what I's lookin' fo'...!

Prolly better if I find one locally/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif..... unless you know someone drivin' South who could haul it for us.... /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

FedEx ground came up with $32.68 if you can keep the weight below 70 lbs. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I got $58.90 for UPS ground. That was putting in 78# and 24 x 18 x 12 as the dimensions of the box.

Kenny,

I just weighed the one I've got in pieces - just before I took it apart....

My bathroom scale said 93 lbs with no ATF in it...!

So, I estimated 95 lbs.

Mike is offering a smokin' deal!... Just $60 in shipping really sucks.. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif - specially if I can find one in this state...

I really do appreciate the efforts tho..../forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Oh, someone posted 78# in the shipping weight thread... Still under $100 to your door should still be a decent deal if you cant find one locally. Good luck either way /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Just another idea.

Is your current input gear good? If so just find a t-case out of a 700r4 and swap the gear.

Mike

Ok, maybe another suggestion... Buy the input gear in Ohio and pay to ship it then you can pickup any 208 local to you and swap the input. I'm cheap too /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Hey Marv, why don't you grab Juan's 208 and a 32 spline input gear and swap them? Swapping the input gears isn't really hard. Just a thought. I have ripped apart 3 208's and I successfully rebuilt my 208 in my truck. If you decide to go that route and need a hand let me know.
