Not exactly a rebuild, but I took it all apart to swap input shafts.

Chevrolet np208, I DID NOT remove the snap rings holding the gear on the mainshaft, thus avoiding the needle bearing mess.

When I'm at 45mph, and push the clutch in, it starts to rattle sounding like something is coming apart of blown up, as I slow down it stops.

Also cruising and let off it sounds like the drive-shaft is too short, but this can't be as there is 4.5" in the case.

Could I have the shift linkage mis-adjusted? Or did I put something together wrong?

Thanks,
Chris
