np208 tail housing gasket

I'm about replace my rear output shaft seal and bushing in the t-case and it looks like I'm gonna have to remove the tail housing on the t-case. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a gasket between the tail housing and the t-case or if it is ok to use rtv? Thanks

Black Permatex RTV sealant. I just did mine a few months ago and still dry.

Yep same. I use black rtv.
