Are you gonna need a 32-spline input shaft to match your TH400? If so, I will probably be parting one out in a couple months.

Haven't thought about that yet. Haven't even gotten the truck apart yet.
Umm...It'll probably cost me a >$100 sale on the T-case (assuming nobody wants to buy the pieces of a gutted NP241), so I guess I would ask $100 for the shaft. Not sure what fair market value is in your region.
Fastenal is $150! OUCH How about $250 shipped? I will either grab a small pallet, or build a little crate and ship it UPS.

Weird. I shipped a 241 to Arkansas a while back for $75. You're going a little bit further, but not $150 further.
The Fastenal rep said they were making some changes to their 3rd party logistics program. I was surprised also, as I have shipped some much larger items with them further that seemed reasonable. She even stated that they were no longer going to be shipping from east to west! West to east only--weird! Could be referring to extreme west like we are, didn't really get that deep into it! UPS was a little over $80 so I think it worked out OK for both of us!
