I bagged an internal slave nv4500 from a buddy and have a couple questions to help make this a seamless install. Most of this I gathered searching ck5 so its probably pretty good. Thanks you guys for all the previous postings about it!

97 trans into a 90 Burb tbi350

First is this 36" hose too long? Seems like its on the long side of good. Did I get these an fittings right?
Most important question is how do I know which flywheel and pilot bearing to get? The 350 doesn't appear to be original but probably just a stock replacement.
There's a ton of options when I pull up the catalogs. If I was a betting man, a 97 would be different and I'd install it and ruin something.
This is the the OEM fitment 1990 flywheel. pilot bearing shows different dimensions
Flywheel, 168-tooth, Steel, Chevy, 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L
pilot bearing

luk master and slave: 11/16 in. Bore master
GM version is 75 dollars more but by some pictures out there, the have the same numbers on them.

luk clutch kit: Stock Replacement, 1.125 in.- 10-spline, 11.875 in. Diameter Organic Disc, Pressure Plate

Braided hose: Straight, 36 in., -4 AN Female, -4 AN Female

Don’t forget the special very expensive oil for the NV4500. It has some kind of fiber washers that will self destruct unless that oil is used. I got my last gallon from advanced adapters.

I strongly advise checking your throw out bearing end play before just installing and running it. You can take that throw out bearing apart and remove the spring and check it.

I used the redline oil approved for the nv4500. It’s expensive.

Good idea for this thread! Never hurts to put the info in one area. Someday I want a standard square body again. Ideally with a 5 speed.

List looks good. The 36” hose is a little longer than mine, but it does afford an ability to route clean and tie down safe from harm.

Your 36" hose is functional, just on the long side—if it doesn't bend or touch the exhaust, everything is fine. The fittings are assembled correctly. For the TBI 350, you need a standard 168-tooth flywheel like the LuK LFW103, and for the NV4500, you need an Acdelco CT1078 pilot bearing. Luk master and slave cylinders are suitable, as is the LuK 630301 clutch kit for the GM version of the NV4500.
