A couple of vids. I was trying to have my son (he just turned 10) get the exhaust, it will roll coal pretty good, especially if I let it lug a little or if I am not mashing it. My boost gauge goes to 15. EGT never went about 950. I was on flat ground the whole time. I will try to get some better video.

And 3rd grinds a little bit if I try to drive like speed racer. It will go in smoothly if you go slow. I learned to drive on a standard, but it has been 15 years since I have driven one for any appreciable amount of time.

I got the speedo working, but with the stock mechanical speedo gear. It reads 65 when doing 70. I bought what I thought was the correct orange gear for my 315/75 tires. It is too small and does not engage the gear on the output shaft. I will have to get this figured out eventually.

It drives great and the thing really goes. 1st gear and low 4x4 is kinda insane. Cruises nice with od, probably could use 4.56 gears over the 4.10s in there now. Fun to drive. Over fueling big time. I need more turbo. [emoji41]

Getting a parking brake is high on the list.
 
Don't know how long they messed around with the speedo driven gears/sleeves, but on the TH350/400's they had different sleeves (what holds the driven gear) based on the tooth count of the gear. Electric speedo=better lol

How high are you running your boost pressure?
 
How high are you running your boost pressure?
On flat ground, unloaded, I hit 12- 14 quickly. I peg my gauge at 15 on hills. Hopefully get a trailer run in this weekend. This is with the small Banks t04 turbo, which some say 8-10 lbs is what you should expect.
