I have one rally rim out of my set that has slightly oblong lug nut holes. Should i be concerned? What can I do to make sure I have no problems once putting it on the truck?

Thanks in advance,

RIZ

Pics would be best.

If it's hub centric I bet you'll be fine. Meaning the center of the wheel fits exactly over the hub. In that case the wheel center takes the vehicle load not the lugs. The lugs just hold it on.

Most a/m wheels are not hub centric and rely on the lugs to center and hold the wheel on. For this I wouldn't trust wallowed out holes. You said rallys so I would think this is not your case.

If its one hole, realistically you can get away with it no issue. Just make sure you tighten the other lugs up first to properly center the wheel.

Meh, it's a rally wheel, don't you have ten more sitting around? Or am I the only one with that problem . . . . . .
