Odd wobbly tilt column question.

Hey so bringing this thread back up. I took apart my column yesterday and tightened the infamous 4 bolts only it did nothing to fix the play in my wheel. Is there something else that can wear out that can lead to a sloppy column? The amount of play isn't that bad but its annoying.

So does anyone know what else could be loose in the column other than the 4 bolts?
