My garage and driveway is not level, so what I did to level the Blazer at ride height was to place a torpedo type level on each of the rear and front axle tubes, then placing blocks under the tires needed to make the axles level.

I thought by doing this, It would make my Blazer level at ride height, I guess I thought wrong!

Because with the passenger side link connected to the spring plate pin, I was unable to connect the driver side link.

The driver side link is adjusted approximately ½ “ out and still needing another ½ to ¾ “ more to connect to the spring plate pin.

I also need to finish my rear Traction Bar.

So how do I make my Blazer level in a garage that is not?

Thank you,

Ed

I always had the same problem running swaybar disconnects. After wheeling I would look for something to drive one tire on until I could get the thing connected. Seems like these trucks always want to lean a bit one way or another and the swaybar helps fight that. Your front springs look new, but what about the back? If 1 rear leaf is weaker than the other, it does make the front lean, too. It seems logical that if the frame mounts are the same on both sides that you want the links to also be the same length, no? Can you drive it to a level pad somewhere?

You leveled the axle, but is the frame level to the axle? Is the frame rail on each side the same measurement to the axle?

I was thinking of that, thank you!
I will level the axles first then measure the frame rail to axle.

Thank you
