i read somewhere that some bolt in kits require re-fabrication of the factory oil cooler lines. Has this true in respects to the ORD brace?

My '90 Jimmy has both oil and transmission coolers. At first it looked like the brace would not fit with all the lines that converge in that corner of the frame, but once I got in the enging compartment and removed a bolt that held the oil-cooler lines in place, I was able to move everything enough to get the brace installed. The whole process took less than an hour.

Take a look at

This is BlazinOr's install of a bolt-in brace on his '79.

There are a couple of line routing variations, most of them do require a little work over the standard install, but not bad.
