Got mine from a GM dealer ship. Brand new NOS one. It was like $18.
I bought genuine but now I need 6 qts to reach the level on the dipstick instead of 5!! (4 in pan 1 in filter) 
Go figure!!

Thats ok, I've got a 7 quart oil pan and am just going to put in a reg 5 quart dipstick
