Oil Sending Unit... Need Quick Help!!

I'm bout to fire up the new crate engine and I need to plug in the mechanical sending unit. I still have the stock one in place at the back of the intake manifold. Is there another place I can stick the mechanical sending unit. There's a hole on top of where the oil filter mounts. Can I use that one? Thanks in advance.

Why can't you use the original hole at the back of the engine? Just take out the stock one.

yes you can use the one on top of the oil filter

I have two sending units at the back of the manifold joined with a T fitting. One has 3 wires (supposed to be a choke switch/ oil sending unit) and the other only has 1 wire. Can I put the Mec sending unit in place of the 1 wire sensor?
