OK so ive got my 205... broken ring

there ya go dude ya jesse at high angle drivelines makes a CV flange for the rear output on the fixed yoke 205's i run the same tcase on my blazer but not cv flange just yet looks good dude and itll be bullett proof!

ok back at this thing now, i noticed this ring with the tab on it is soon to fail. whats it called and where can i get just this part? is it just a pull the rear output off and slide the gears off?

you can see it at the tab, its worn down and cracking.

I ran into the same problem when I rebuilt my NP205. I had to a hardware (small parts) kit from Quad 4x4.

You could try Off Road Design and see if you could get the thrust washers only.
