Got the FJ60 steering conversion pretty well squared away too.
This conversion gets rid of 'a lot' of really scary steering linkages :eek1:

Straight shot from the steering wheel to the steering box now instead of all those odd stock joints & links. :waytogo:

Looks cool bud. :waytogo:

Hope you plan to fully degrease and detail that engine bay before the new motor gets installed....?

Have you always had a lift in the garage??

I wish AJ...lol

It's a buddy's shop, same place the blue blazer had a lot of work done and several other old Chevy's needing 'special' attention landed too. :waytogo:

We used to wheel together back when.

Not to bore with detailed info but it's up & running on it's own :woot:

EFI, Woods drive shafts, new suspension, shocks, elec fan, 4-core rad...etc

Around these parts we don't take kindly to people posting up with trucks that run and drive....... :shame:

Like it, had a Tan 76 FJ40 just out of high school around 1981. Stock with 31 Goodyear Wranglers and wagon wheels.

Lot of fun with it. Wrecked it and was never the same.

They are pricy nowadays.

Welcome back Kurt, and compared to Greg (old man) we're all newbs!
Interested in watching the progress on the FJ...MIGHT AS WELL start hangin out with Greg if your building!:pimp:
