Moved my shackle flip to the rear a little bit and threw the 7.25" shackles on.
Got the shackle angle set to where I want, everything is just clamped on for the time being. Have to get some new bits, burnt my only 7/16" HSS bit up and all my 1/2" bits are trashed.
I'm just guessing here but I would like to say I gained 1.5" - 2" of additional height in the rear with those two changes. I think an EZ-Inch will get me level at this point.
Thinking about replacing the 7/16" bolts in the flip with 1/2" bolts while everything is apart.
Also thinking about going out again and dropping the front axle to get the leaf springs swapped around. The 60 is sitting crooked under the truck and I'm thinking that there is a slight offset in the center pins which is causing the issue.
Gonna put poly bushings in the springs while they're out... I have enough sitting in the garage to bush them so why not.
Going to move the front spring eye forward 1 more hole in the B52's, at that point they will be in the forward most hole.
My shackle angle up front will be a little more vertical (currently kicked back to the rear) and my axle will move forward just a hair. I'm thinking it may drop the height in the front down just a hair too, I'm guessing 1/4" or so.
